and exhibited her for several years. Got first "show dog" Afghan hound (Montravia Spartan Warrior) early 80's, bred
my only litter around this time. Obtained show Afghan from Harlextan (Graham and Christine Parsell), Obtained next Show Afghan
hound from Anne Mathers (Metewand) Northern Ireland (Metewand Issere) and did well with her. Got a dog from Amudarya (Anna Paton)
and showed him briefly prior to my move to the USA
Underwent Judges Training program with Afghan Hound Club Of Wales. Took judges exam at Southern Afghan Hound Club,
passed exam and qualified to judge in UK at "open show" level
Judged Afghan hounds and Salukis in England at "open show" level.

Main focus and activity over a 30 year involvement in the breed is researching and writing about breed history
